Management Software in Company

More than 14 years that I deal with customer support and software development in business and what I still see is that people are at the heart of the computer system company and not the management software that should solve, according to many, the problems of statistical data.
Even today, many business owners like so many in our country, large and small, that also act as administrators would like the best without spending a penny more or a small investment, the large investment must be made in other departments. The appearance, however, that I consider in this article is to moves that a company should, in perer my face to work successfully with management software.
The most important investment that first must be taken into account is in human resources. How many of you would buy a lorry and they would be guided by an employee who knows little or nothing of the car itself? Even entrust it to someone without a license? In computing and especially in the company just happens that relies on working with the management software in the hands of staff who do not know, or close to the operating system which supports the program, I heard only a few days ago, a holding company that wanted management in a DOS, why move between fields with the mouse instead of stretching the work to improve it, not knowing that in Windows and programs for this system, allow you to work even without a mouse. And this is just a small example.
The final aspect of the problem is now chronic distrust of the companies to programs miraculous, but it is not and every time you need a small change should pay a lot of money. Logically, the software companies have very high costs, including advertising, to be taken somewhere and it is impossible to find the perfect free software management.
