Simple Invoices Management and Billing

It is not and could not be such as billing in our fee management software like Vikings and Minosse, but Calus 2014 includes a simple procedure for invoices mangement that I’m going to explain.
There is a chart of accounts and for this there can be no changes in the double-entry bookkeeping, everything I’ve added is a simple procedure for billing customer or supplier with the line descriptions to test. For one dealing with the immediate billing of the sale or purchase of products we already had the part about the movements of stock, I have now added the ability to do invoices at professionals or for professionals people. I basically wanted to remove from the distribution FattAccess 2012 and LavoProf 2009, which had a marginal utility because they were written in Access, I wanted to bring together the two old programs and insert their characteristics in Calus 2014.

Free Management Software

In this my free management software I wanted to insert a simple procedure and at the same time effective, works as all other parts of the program, as well as in all my software, and can be inserted up to 250 lines of movements, as was the case for the document.
Of course the program will need additional updates that slowly I will, first of all the ability to export data of inventory items in an xml file, so that you can then use it for e-commerce.
