Do Not Be Still Available

I do not know if my personal experiences to interface with my audience are the standard in Italy, but you should be careful above all to this aspect of their work. Just today there was an episode that made me literally go beast: a user of my free warehouse software joined the forum and asked me about the connection to the data, I, as usual, very cordially, I answer in a few minutes, the guy thanks and then deletes itself. In the forum I left free will, but what I did not like is that the user type only think about your convenience, I have to say that thanks to him my future responses, if there are, will take place much later.
Now some of my readers will tell me that it is a single person, in a particular case, but unfortunately it is not. In the work necessary to be cynical, or you will be torn to pieces.
Another example is that of my friends, the worst case scenario, because you could lose them. In practice, until recently, when they had problems, they called me, and I almost was gone without paying me, let’s say that I claimed only a small donation for the inconvenience. Support for the breakdown of computer or operating system is not my job, but I was an exception for them, until they were expected too much from me, and then problems arose. Now just clarify that this is not my work and say to turn to people who do this type of activity, since then I have no problems.
The guidelines are therefore these:

  1. Do not accept jobs that are outside your discipline.
  2. Be cynical as others will be with you.
  3. Never create custom software for the system when a person is incompetent, because you risk having to do the work over and over again.
  4. Woo made by its customers and never accelerate response times because you would not be appreciated.

I have tried over time even to do work as an employee, not having to interface with people, but all in vain, because the work is inventive programming and art, so you can not be directed by someone, their imagination should not be suppressed.
